Incompetence of GMs?

My ticket:
As you can see on the ss, i have a sword with "A-Gain more CXP:9%" option

I was told, CXP option in shells means Combat Experience, but if you take a look at the chatbox, you can see I looted 4000+400 gold which means +10% gold.
Every LoD is different hence I can't check if the gain of the XP is raised or not by the shell.
I don't know if my information about CXP option is incorrect, or it's bugged and gives gold instead of XP.

I do not know any answer to this question because none of our team is really good with Shells. I can recommend you to make a thread on our forums in the help and question section. - Explain your problem there, there are many people that know about shells, perhaps a fellow player can answer your question.

hmm cxp is always marked as job xp(go for nab lvl sub quests, in reward it says exp and cxp)
and for the 10% gold did u use tower or fool tarot by any chance?
they increase the gold droprate by 10%
